First, let’s reveal the cover. I hope you find it as magical as I do. Introducing Once Upon A Regency: Timeless Tales And Fables!

Promo_Cover

Our fabulous lineup:

  • Resisting Romeo by Samantha Grace
  • Enchanted By The Earl by Amanda Mariel
  • Wish Upon A Kiss by Meara Platt
  • A Duke Worth His Salt by Allison Merritt
  • Masquerading as a Miss by Ari Thatcher
  • Searching for my Rogue by Dawn Brower
  • The Enchanted Cave by Sue London
  • Taming Beauty by Lynne Barron
  • Stealing a Lady’s Heart by Tammy Andresen

I want to tell you a little bit about my story. The Enchanted Cave is a retelling of a story from the Fenian Cycle, an Irish heroic epic. To ‘modernize’ it to the Regency Era I replaced the dark fairies with bareknuckle boxers, making one of them our heroine!

The Enchanted Cave

With his four friends under the spell of the Irish ’sisters’ at The Enchanted Cave, it falls to Galen Mornay to save the poor idiots. Although ostensibly lady boxers, he knows the sisters have a more prurient background. Galen dangles the opportunity to become his mistress and the sisters predictably turn their attentions to him. All except the beautiful Maeve O’Malley, who insists she will be no man’s play thing. Can Galen save his friend Finn before the fool offers to marry her? Or will Maeve prove to be too much for Galen himself?

The good news is that this entire boxed set is on pre-order right now! Yep, that’s right. You can pre-order TODAY and for only .99 cents. In fact, if you pre-order TODAY we’ve got a ton of bonuses for you.

Be a Patron (Better Than Pre-Orders)

Back in the day (two years ago), I did my pre-orders through Paypal. It amazed me that people tracked me down to pre-order the books. Then there was the opportunity to do them via Amazon and I was amazed at how many pre-orders we could get. I’m deeply grateful that you guys have been so enthusiastic about the Haberdashers books and my writing in general. You have no idea.

After a lot of thinking, I’ve decided that rather than promoting pre-orders I would like to encourage readers to subscribe via my Patreon account. At the $1/month level of ePatron you get an electronic copy of everything I publish during your subscription – and a bit earlier than it will be available at retailers. If you stay for a year I’ll make sure you have my entire backlist, too. At the level of Paper Patron ($5/month) you get both electronic and paper copies. Check out my Patreon to see the other fun stuff available.

If you do the math, a one year subscription to PaperPatron is a cost of $60, but you will get at least $90 (retail price) of books. Autographed! That’s a pretty good deal. For an ePatron, the $12/year comes with a backlist worth $18 and at least another $12 in ebooks the first year, even at the introductory sale prices.

Hope to see you on my Patron list! www.patreon.com/cmdrsue

Praise for Saving Persephone

The early reviews are in, and for reviewers on Goodreads (that have read Saving Persephone) it is averaging a 4.6 out of 5! Congratulations to Robert and Imogen. For Rafflecopter participants, comment on how you feel about dark heroes and unconventional heroines.

Lovely, complicated plot with plenty of twists and turns including the reappearance of a very evil man, one of The Four we were introduced to in Athena’s Ordeal.”

Another great edition to this series and as always, I loved seeing characters from the previous books.

I loved Robert – he is a very complex man who likes to have total control. Watching him fall in love, was the best part of this book.

I thought this would be a hard book to read because Robert has been a rather dark presence in the other books – his sister is afraid of him, he set plans in place that almost kills Quince, he sets George up as a spy… Plenty of negative material, right? But I loved him. He had depths that none of Sue London’s prior characters have shown. And I love to see him struggle with being human.”

I have always had a special fascination with characters who exhibit a dark side, especially when these characters’ dark traits form in light of familial strife combined with positive traits like intelligence, protectiveness, and ambition. In other words, I have been looking forward to Robert’s story since we first met him in the series. After reading Saving Persephone, I can say that Robert did not disappoint me.”
